The Race Of Men

The Race Of Men

A Poem by Edward

The bridge of war,

The men on horse are filled with fear,

Facing an evil that draws near.

They raise their swords and shout,

The race of Men have been through alot,

Hope kindels in there hearts,

"Rise" they say " Rise and Fight for all!"

The war claims many,

Both sides are weary,

Pain stabs as he sees his men,

So many have died, so many lifes spent.

He falls to his knees,

The blood cries to him.

Hes lost many, many indeed.

But Hope for the race of Men, is well.

For Hope still lies with the race of Men.
