He Was The Shy OneA Poem by Edward
When I was younger I knew a kid,
He was the shy and quiet kid, Who always got up and hid. This continued throughout the grades, He was an outcast becoming more afraid. When he moved some years ago, He tried to make friends but he got shot down. They judged him for how he acted, And this would distroy his insides with acid. But in Grade 6, He found a friend who also liked Styx. That friend moved a year later, He then sank down again with the anchor. He found he liked acting, That's what got him up in the morning. He got really good and moved on to art, He then wanted to become like Mozart. Now his heart is glowing, That his scars are now covered with stitches. He has a girlfriend he loves, And he has friends who are as divine as doves. But he knows they are there for him, And now his face doesn't look so grim. © 2013 EdwardAuthor's Note
