Love, Lust, Lost

Love, Lust, Lost

A Poem by The Protagonist

He's loving but he's not in love
He's stupid but he knows too much
He likes me but that's not enough
He's distant but I feel his touch
He smiles but I see straight through
He says it but I'm not sure it's true
He looks but I'm not sure he sees
He's here but I know that he'll leave
He lusts but I'm not sure for what
He's on my mind but he's not what I thought
His lips are sweet but he tastes like sin
The truth is I'm in love with him

I feel this poem is written from the deepest of the heart. I can feel the love. I can feel the pain. How people usually sacrifice almost everything for love. You write it in the right form.
