Poverty – A lifeless lifeA Poem by Diwakar - "The Warrior of Will"Poverty is the worst thing ........In-discernibly incarcerated for no crime, Hushed pain unduly gifted, Teasingly duped by rich, An icon of clemency painted Tantalizing moans are hollow, Money befall a specter deity, Lifeless actions reincarnate life, Heart crammed with excruciating anxiety, Loan counting myriad breadths, Freedom snivel tears of bloody pain, Life altered into game of ignominy, Rights & Independence dies insane. Questions murdered brutally, Answers twisted barely insignificant Meaningless time replicate itself, Rich enjoys broadcast magnificent. Justice evaporates in rain of emptiness, Aloof and gloomily treated, Poverty imitate a situation, As if god has undyingly cheated. Thy soul has carved incarnation, Salacious solitude crafting demise, Oh lord! Give thy soul relief, This poverty kills your premise. © 2012 Diwakar - "The Warrior of Will"Author's Note
