The Warlock and The Shadowhunter

Alec Lightwood is a strong, brave Shadowhunter. Alec is one of few gay Shadowhunter's. He hasn't 'come out' yet because he's afraid of being shunned by the Clave. One night Alec and his sister Isabelle go to a party hosted by warlock Magnus Bane. Magnus is immediately drawn to Alec, nicknaming him 'blue eyes'. Alec was originally in love with his parabatai, Jace, but now none of that seemed to matter. But a Shadowhunter and Downworlder are forbidden to love each other, or so says the Clave, but Alec hasn't really been known to follow the rules.
