i'm not lonely anymore

i'm not lonely anymore

A Poem by m.s.early

i’m not lonely anymore

and you’re to thank for teaching me

how to write without the template

the dust of the stars has not settled

on the keys of my tear stained typewriter

like steam off the pond

hanging in the air like pharoah

soaking my morning air

i want to believe

that you will share this with me

i want to believe

we will kiss

and my branches will sprout like leaves

that we will both turn into mist

evaporating into the fabric of the cosmos

leaving yet lingering

lasting until we land like dew

your little words are laying on me

like morning gold and sunrises

after making love in their own atmosphere

kissing in a way

that makes me pine and weep

for just one more of

your gentle rays of light

Beautiful, romantic, thoughtful!
When you are inspired by someone and they enable you to grow, learn, teach, it is natural that you long for them. Such moving lines. Starz

Such a romantic write tinged with poignant longing. When someone can inspire you and teach you, you want to be near that person always. "i want to believe we will kiss and my branches will sprout like leaves" heavy sigh.....so very lovely. Lydi**

My eyes leak with the morning and the warmth of your being slides down with coffee ...filling my exhaustion with moments of exhilaration. What a way to start the week!100000000000000000000000000kudos

this is such a good relationship with the muse...the inspiration...and it makes us branch out, and the leaves grow from our tree---

we become one with our own poems...we evaporate into them.
