feather float down and settle like young love in hearts united

feather float down and settle like young love in hearts united

A Poem by m.s.early

feather float down and settle like young love in hearts united
softly sway in wafting breeze carrying in happenstance design
there go weighing lids on eyes drooping in lazy lingering
anticipate harmony in each slowing breath for love is e'er benign
there go marrying minds youthful growth no, never ceasing
there to flow they move through sleep and drift abreast in time
even still in one accord slip into resting star shaped dreams
where morrow's lapse within reasoning state rings true in every rhyme

I felt like the poem was that feather as it floated into levels of beauty unknown to most mortals.

Beautiful flow and lovely imagery in this piece that has the feel of a classic, Xavier.

This is lovely--quite lyrical for me.
Happenstance. I love that word.
Enjoyed.

Oh this is perfection. This is poetry, X. I adore this piece, it is so simple but has a twist to it too. I loved the feel of the poem and the wording... all so perfect.
