A new life

A new life

A Poem by The Mind Press
"

...and in one moment she gifted me a new life...

"
"When I met you pain was my middle name
and the language of my heart
but you took up residence there,
cleaned up my man cave,
made it a home where love can live and thrive
and a family can be a family!

You rearranged my soul,
applied healing salve to my wounds,
encouraging healing.

You've planted flowers were once
there was only dust.

You've opened the blinds I thought were walls
and the light of your tender love and compassion
now washes over every surface of my once dark world!

You have brought me back from the dead
to a whole new world; a resurrection to life
in a paradisiac existence where you and I
will live on forever!"
