Simply Dreaming

Simply Dreaming

A Poem by Victoria Harlequin

I've dreamt of a night when I could come out of black and white.

Fade to what is right

Being in color, being in light.

Clearing my head, my sight

I will do what it takes, even fight.

To the death?  No... not quite

Just until my opponent is weak with fright.

I will wait for my night.

Even if it takes forever

I will wait for when the time is right.
