Darkness of Sunset

Darkness of Sunset

A Poem by Death Stalker

I smiled as I see the sunset,
halfway down to be engulfed,
by the chilling horizon.

As the top tip of the sun
disappear in the horizon.
It gotten dark fast,
I smiled from ear to ear
as the darkness cuddles around me
twining in my leg as a cat would do.

I'm back
It whispers to me.
"I know, and I have never been this happy."
I can feel it smiling.

I closed my eyes...
and the pain,
that I embrace,
has begun...
