Studying Under The Gods

There's a family waiting for us with open arms just a town over.

The only thing we have to worry about there is if it will be the same the next time that the walls greet us. Don't tell me that it will stay the same when everything is always changing.

You can toss aside everyone and anyone without second thoughts, but we don't know that for sure. You're a closed book and I crave to know the secrets your pages hold.

I could open my eyes, but that would mean that this would end.

This is very much like Colours, where I ended up not knowing how to properly finish it. So, here, have this. One of these days, I'll get around to to editing all of the things I want to fix on the stuff I've posted.

:: a very expressive and perceptive piece of writing... it's tough to live with one's eyes open... because many of our delusions that are comforting vanish... we see stark reality... and we have to have courage to see that... and then we have to find a way to cope with it... and then work towards making it better... it's difficult to figure out how to live life in such a way that everything makes sense... but it can be done... with patience and diligence... we can adapt, we can modify, we can tweak... if we're willing to work really hard at staying focused...

Very deep write....Change that is the one thing in life that is consistent!
I think the finish is perfect...and for me to say change anything would be molding it into my style and not yours... just as this piece says...change...it is also called discovery! When you decide to edit...that is what you will be doing discovering even more than you know is there !
