Running

Running

A Story by Ghost/Gray
"

There is no pain, no sadness, no guilt, just happiness and comfort.

"

You are running. You don't know where. Just away from your thoughts and away from reality.

Somewhere where no one could hurt you or get hurt themselves. Home. Wherever that is. A place where

There is no pain, no sadness, no guilt, just happiness and comfort.

A different world even, not just a place in your head. Somewhere people don´t judge you.

You finally feel beautiful and loved and you dance through a field of flowers. And a strong feeling of

joy overcomes you.  Theres no one out here just you and the soft touch of the sun on your skin. You let,

your hands glide through the plants growing from the ground.

You hear your heartbeat, the wind blowing through your clothes. Everything here is beautiful.

You listen to nature whispering in your ear. Is this home?

oooooooooo i like this one .. very meditative ... i like the way the story guides me to feel what your speaker is feeling and seeing ... this "shows" me .. instead of "telling" .. which is what we strive to do .. well done. Your story so makes me thing of my Ma ... she always offered such comforting arms for me .. and it reminds me of my Lord, Jesus Christ; when I first felt the grace of repentance and complete forgiveness .. I think you did a fine job with this very short but beautifully layered story.
