![]() Brown Hair And Blue EyesA Poem by TheLastEclipseAnd there she was with the prettiest purple dress. And there she was with her brown hair in a mess. I won't forget our first dance. I won't forget our kiss. I won't forget how we loved at first, because what we do is different at its birth. What I'm trying to say is that we acted different, so nervous at times and acting indifferent. Like we were ashamed of our lives and afraid of what to say. But now we are relaxed and okay! Your brown hair and blue eyes. They forgive me of my lies. I am no longer such a thief, I now never have to grief. You're hand coaxes my heart, breast upon yours. Rest with me, let us see. How the rest shall be. And there you are with that familiar grin. And there you are without a trace of sin. An angel in the grace. An angel in the face. What can I say! I will give it all away! What I'm trying to say is not different. WE're were better off not as friends. Like holding hands and hugs. All this happiness keeps me hooked like drugs! Your brown hair and blue eyes. They forgive me of my lies. I am no longer such a thief, I now never have to grief. You're hand coaxes my heart, breast upon yours. Rest with me, let us see. How the rest shall be. Crushing it all and washing the rest away. Let it go and let's live and pray. Dusk to dawn, it'll be okay. Love is mine, and that's all I need.
