WaterA Poem by Blue IvoryWater I am the calm water Trace me as I ebb and flow I bring forth peace and tranquility Refreshing everything I touch.
Delicate and flexible I may seem, I am of mighty force You may rest yourself on me afloat But pulling you down To the depths of the world Will take much less than a tempest, my love
I am the calm water But in this puddle only Follow me and I shall Take you into a whirlpool And you shall be caught in my cycle Spinning forever after Pleasing me greatly!
Dip a toe into my vast world And if you please, I’ll pull I’ll reel you in with my currents Bringing you effortlessly Down to my sandy beds
Drink me in. Quench your thirst. You want me, don’t you? Yessssssssssssss, let me explore your mouth... Don’t worry, you’ll never run out of me. I’m here to please your tongue Whenever you want me to
Let me fill you from within! And take over your entire body Introduce me to your home While I welcome you into mine Your lungs are filling up with My liquid lullaby I see the life escaping your eyes
Once again, my kiss Has proven to be deadly. © 2012 Blue IvoryFeatured Review
