Queen of String

I wrote this from my cats point of view.

I am the queen of string.
Nothing else in this world appeals to me.
The occasional nip, maybe even a pet or two
But stalking and chasing that snakey,
Orange thing is all i wanna do.
I am the queen of string.
Prancing around, oh so squirrelly.
3am to play, its never too early.
I hardly ask for a thing
Except for my beloved string
Because i know in my heart
It will never hurt me.
I am the queen of string.
Though im so petite,
This foe i shall always defeat.
My love for you is undying
And im on top of the world
when im flying through the air
with the greatest of ease
For i am, the queen of string.

i like this, i think you captured really well the point of view of the cat, with a lot of great language and imagery... also is this a metaphor for something else?
