Diamond In The Rough

Diamond In The Rough

A Poem by TheGreenestLeaf

Floating on my zephyr, drifting away.
As fierce as Hades, yet as beautiful as a rose.
Twisted mystery who hides in the shadows.
As brave as any great warrior with all the fears in the world.
A walking contradiction with no heart, no soul, no hope.
Cold as ice.
Demon mask.
Heart of gold, love overflow.
No love shows.
Risk the pain and tear the scars.
Open your eyes and shed the light.
Cant you see the diamonds in all this rubble?
