SuperNOVA

SuperNOVA

A Poem by Sibling
"

A metaphor for sumchin greater.

"
I am a bright,
Structureless being.
Amidst the night sky's
Infinite scene - of darkness.

As the darkness
Prevails within and around me,
My colorful frame
Flickers more vivid flames.

I burn my canvas,
Like the superheated gases
That light up the Night's
Unending eye.

I am a SUPERNOVA.
A psychedelic experience,
Exploding with different tones -
Imploding are my feelings...

Soon,this darkness will consume
My attractive shine -
I will lose emotion.
I will become less defined.

When I lose all definition,
Blame me not,
For I am a formless figure
Bringing minds to mock!

THINK.

Love all of the "sky" imagery...lends itself to a very real and cosmic feel at the same time. The consuming darkness, the loss of definition, and the formless figures in the night sky that are perhaps more than we imagine them to be. Very metaphorical...

the power of the mind without self-control is just like a super nova that will spread unending darkness, That's what I see in this piece. A powerful darkness that consume a person into brink of losing his/her senses all together. Very expressive.
