Sonnet XLVII

Sonnet XLVII

A Poem by Sibling
"

Sonnet 47

"
My sweet sonnet,
So vivid with various imagery.
I read into your nature,
As your eyes recite to me.
I watch every word
That composes your structure -
I stare at each stanza
Your Author has sculptured.
Imperious work of art,
Poetic avant-garde.
Creation of Athena's heart -
Literary work of God.
Your beauty is written in stone,
An Ode carved by bone.
