Lost In EmotionA Poem by SiblingA poem about lost emotion? Okaay... I guess
Lost in comprehension,
But I just found you Looking unto Nothingness - A picturesque, plain view. Your thoughts are known Only to you alone, But as they purge you I feel your soul FALL. It shatters as your face Fails to find expression. I express my concern, You digress from depression to smile. A blank smile as if to hide, The emotion that exists within. No one sees it except for me, I watch your nonchalance ware thin. You grow more angry, More wary - which worries me. You may act from impulse, And lose self-control so suddenly As to do something stupid. You sit still with your mind moving, Like the resonating roars Of a racing Black Stallion. I watch you watch the world Falling before your eyes, But the cloudy skies Refuse to let them rain. You do not cry, Or even show the slightest emotion. All you are is lost in comprehension. All I am is your REFLECTION. © 2014 SiblingAuthor's Note
