A Poem by The Glassface

Crystal walkers

I love this one

So elegant, look into the moon

You ever see such singing?

Lingering, dreaming to the very evening.

It's like paradise here.

The phone's ringing,

Again.

Man, oh man can you believe it though?

We did it, we got all the way.

Never thought we'd arrive.

My parents were in a car wreck today.

Lady left me in the rain, holding my life.

I'm smiling, I'm walking.

I buried those when I was still very small.

Back before today.

Did you know they made an android?

He lives with me in the night time.

Never says much.

I wonder what he thinks of me?

Maybe I'm the quiet one.

I wouldn't want children, I tried.

They're just so awkward and eerie.

I wouldn't begin to understand one.

Maybe you can only understand your own sometimes.

Maybe it's from fear.

There's a bridge down the way,

it burned down a year back.

Some say it still burns.

I never knew why really.

I went there once and met my lover.

I think that says something about me.
