Right to Life

Right to Life

A Poem by The Glassface

Such an interesting way to live
A head filled with clouds
and your feet stuck in the mud

Breeding, bleeding and feeding
Creatures cloning and screaming
Fell asleep and got stuck in the dreaming
Woke up to eternity's snare
With an invisible glare from the gloom in the air

Woke up this morning with the sun blotted out of the sky
The oceans ink ran around the world when the living world died
Lied to your kin
Drop from the palace
Nuclear launch detected
Powered imbalance

Cloistered inside with our carnival games
While I
Keep peeking glances into a fantasied life
You and
I
Let's face excitement and accept the times
We've still got a chance
A chance to survive
Right to life

No we're not going to be rich and famous
Why do we need to be?
No we're not getting happily married
Because we're all mentally diseased
So we
Try
