Hello World

Hello World

A Poem by The Glassface

Crazy is as crazy does

Cause we all in the broken slums

Hunger screams and babies dream

Of a world with brighter things

So roll on ice and dance away

So you can live on borrowed time

Making millions get up quick

arena with a casual slip

It's the light that you delight

So come on baby take a slice

No one sleeps alone at night

Within the dreamers world unite

Do along as you please

It's not about the legalize

the barren emptiness of moneyz

Nor the assembly of babies

You got a talent

got some dreams

So why you wait to die

before you realize the scenes

Sickness is unrest makes

The voice of the world sanity slakes

Pull the lace and pull the plugs

Everyone must die for a war on drugz

Can you believe we live in a time

Where's it alright to die for a dime

Caress lines traced from a cynical cause

I've bled for days from a crystal grip

Locked in my mind with time to pause

Where the world just stops so you can take a breath

Stop with surrender and let have some breadth

Supes taught me more than any clause

I guess that's why I got my idealistic flaws

But I think there's something more to living than jobs
