Tick, Tick

Tick, Tick

A Poem by The Glassface

When did it start to turn into a staring contest?

It hadn't always been like that

Can't think of a thing, not a single idea. I try, and I try and just can't seem to find the will to effort

Happiness is the worst drug ever imaginable.

You'd kill for it and I don't even know you. I would, everyone would.

Colors are the reason I wake up and someday those will pass my eyes unnoticed.
Reason is the problem for my answer
Anonymity tells me I can say anything
No one knows me
Lions stay behind bars they could pass through in zoos
They get it.
Yelling never solves anything, it just makes me feel better

At least I look like

I like it, it's a bit confusing, especially the last line but I like the nature and layout of the whole thing.
I don't find the "will to effort" makes sense - it needs to be reworded!
Hope this helps.
Love to you x
