SoPa

A Poem by The Glassface

Organs howl across an empty land
Against a backdrop of hated charcoal
There's a shimmer after the blackened night

See it glow hot between the sands
We'll kill a legend tonight

I've told a secret that only I had to say
I can't take it back, it won't go away
Please tell me

It's nothing but fun out here in the sun
Where does the future turn to run?

Trace amount of heresy
Tell the children not to play
Danger there, though be it may
Forge anew, no other way

Whistle fever got the sway
Insanity has come to stay
Get on your knees now, cry and pray
You asked for judgment day

Running from the law by the river
Cause my love has me confused
I look in the well and what did it say
I'm not myself today

Beauty, love
Criss cross
If it's broken
All for lost
Creature color holocaust
