I Know

I Know

A Poem by The Glassface

Children sleep in a healthy lie
I've got some dreams
Thief I am
Woke up terror, put him in stern
Initial walk, leave a light on

I know!
I'll creep away
Why, run from your own
I've got a bottle, a ship sails in eternal roam
I know!
They'll call out a life

Muses' dead, I'm a moody blue
Art's broken, lost and confused
Turn off the scatter chatter
I can't find the crew
I've taken all the ends
No one screams
It's not pathetic, if someone dreams

I know!
I took 'em myself,
My roof is an ocean, drenching my hide
Brain's gonna splatter
From the pressure inside
I know!
Now you singing my song
Can't be right
If it's all gone wrong

Stealth and ruse
Happy this way?
Get on your needs
Millennial judgment daze
Break all the flocks
No groups in the line
Every thought occurs
Growth from the slime
