Chasing my true love

Why? Why is it that everytime i am close to finding you you just slip away
Its as if everytime i say i love you, you say i hate you
But foolish am i chasing you when you don't want to be caught
I mean we are a lil to old to be playing hide and seek
Oh but how i love the cat and mouse game
I would trade in all the fame in the world to have you
But you will trade me for all the fame in the world
So i ask myself again, Why? I may have found the answer
But i am in total denial of it.
