When I Die

Very short. Just something that needed to be said.

Translation: "I dream of death from old age, not from loneliness."

When I die, I want my biography to read like a dramatic novel.
I want to be remembered not for my place in society,
But for the emotions I provoked in others.

Author's Note

The first line "When I die, I want my biography to read like a dramatic novel", was something I said to a friend of mine yesterday. It seems simple enough, but makes one think deeply about how they want to live their life. The song at the beginning is one I learned from my high-school Spanish teacher. It is mostly about the Colombian Civil War, but I love that one line because of how it reflects my views on life. I thought it was very relevant here.
