I miss you again.....A Poem by Diamond Dunbar
Missing you like crazy but your no good for me baby.
It's no formal instruction but you act like you don't know how to treat a Princess whose soon to be pronounced queen. I'm not denying you of your throne but baby it wasn't you being played out your role. It was simple and you broke the rules. I understand I was up against the same temptation as you. I liked what I had and didn't want to spoil it but you rotted me out.. Yeah, you baby you did this to me. The same person saying that he loved me, and would argue it on a more/most degree, ha foolish girl. Had my heart then you just ripped it up and threw it back at me. You ain't never gotta front on me I was playing for keeps, couldn't just sit and let you cheat Lil man. No matter my stature, I am a woman whose love has been captured by someone who didnt deserve me. Love me like you say you do, cause what you are doing doesn't add up and its stressing me. I admit my perception on love is influenced, but damn man I do know cheating is wrong. I loved you in my weakest times and never voiced myself only was there for you, held myself up for you. And if I ever felt myself weakening you sent the waves for my drums to calm my ocean like a breeze. Only you seen the disturbances that were held in me and you left. I guess what's in me scared you but I was intrigued by your demons and wanted to see more. Your bad wasnt toxic but sour enough. © 2016 Diamond Dunbar |
