Treasures

It's extremely difficult when one has too many things that one treasures. At times if one wants something, it can only be achieved by sacrificing something else. The most important thing is to have a heart. There are many different people in this world, each with many dreams. Relying on each other, sometimes in tears, sometimes in joy. And in the midst of all this, how many people will be able to fulfill their own dreams? And out of this small handful of people, how many will actually be satisfied after finally fulfilling their dreams? I don't think anyone can answer that. Because, the answer is something everyone has to decide for themselves.

You raise some interesting points here. Dreams often go unfulfilled, depending on how attainable they are at a moment in time. As to what satisfies, I wonder if humans are ever satisfied or constantly striving for something - anything - in life? Do we ever allow ourselves to simply "be"? I don't know the answers, just have more questions. I like writes that challenge and this does :)
