Let them be

Even if it kills you. Never forget how they made you feel.

They wrote about you.

Do you get what that means?

Just how monumental that is.

It means that the voice inside their head was screaming so loud about you!

So loud they had to put it down onto a piece of paper just to make that voice shut up.

If someone makes you write, then never let that person go.

Even if they can’t be in your life the way you always wish that they could.

Never stop writing about them.

Make them your muse.

Your inspiration until the day you die.

Let them be the one that got away.

Let them be the one you wish just would have stayed.

Let them be the light that inspired you to sit down and write.

Because that is such a beautiful thing.

To let a human being rule your life to the point you think that you could sing love ballads for an eternity, even though others would be in agony because you really can’t sing.

Just let them be whatever it is that they are to you.

Because that is a beautiful thing.
