White RibbonsA Chapter by TheConjuringCatShe is very shy, Dark eyes downcast, Small, rosy lips curled in a slight smile, A white ribbon in her dark hair. Her voice is soft, Words gentle and kind. Her hands around folded on her lap, Ankles crossed under her chair, Her pale cheeks blush pink at flattering words. She is shy. She doesn't speak much, But compliments are spred, Old fashioned words of encouragment. Only to those she truly loves Will she laugh and holler. Only around them Will she shed her shyness And be herself. But to others, She is a pretty porcelain doll That never says A single word. © 2011 TheConjuringCatAuthor's Note
