A poem I wrote in my free time about the struggles of being LGB

A Different Love

They kept telling me

That I was abnormal

Just because I loved

In a different way

They never accepted me

For who I was

I started to wonder

If what they said was true

I started to change

Or at least on the outside

I hid who I really was

And it was slowly killing me

That was until that day

When I found someone just like me

And we loved each other

In our different way
