Lose Track

A Poem by Rubein Geterminah
"

Randering assistance to animal in nature

"
O Pepper bird, how come
You who acquainted to your route
Must take this path
Struggling all your might for freedom
In this mansion- your newest kingdom?
But the Pepper bird replied,

Routine repetition
Of a procedure indicates not accuracy.

The heaven you dwell
As ornithologists' study proof
Have marks that inspired invention
Of aircrafts by your example; why be a coof
So ignorant to take here as there
Pray tell me. But the Pepper bird replied,

By experience one learns from errands
To prevent or avoid if reawaken.

This building is not mounted as castle
Where by accident you must crash
Or perchance you're unfocused
That you must decay if no rescue?
But the Pepper bird replied,

Accident is allowed to be made,
If fatal and no rescue, definitely you fade.

Now assistance is given
The doors & windows are opened
For escape if your wit leads
But take not another cell as home
Always look ahead while flying.
Then my phone rang,
Upon returning liberty's come.
