G: I miss you

8:30

C: You there?

G: Hello this is G's friend: Sky. You girlfriend is in the hospital.

My blood slows and my heart sinks to my feet. 

C: What happened?

S: She had an allergic reaction to her medicine.

I look down, Oh yeah... this is what she was telling me about; the fact that she had this sickness and it could kill her at any second. I promised her right then that I would spend every second with her as if it were my last. Sky wanted to know if I had any questions about my girlfriend- Of course I did, we were only together for a day before this happened it wasn't the point 

Is she okay?

She's sleeping.

I rub my eyes and then rest my forehead on the table. How could she be torn away from me once more? I sigh, like it is with everyone in my family I meet or love; they all go away somehow. An idea pops into my head, I type

When she wakes up tell her that when she is feeling better Ill give her a call.

Will do.

Any questions for me?

not really... any for me?

Ill leave that to G to find out.

Sky talks to me, keeping me updated the rest of the night. Little did I know how lucky I was that she survived that night.

 My head whispered to me that night "You've only known her for one day! Why is she so important?

My heart whispered back "Because you love her"
