Lovely LadyA Poem by TheArchAngelabout a woman so lovelyHer beauty speaks in rhythms so
hypnotizing. Bending me to her will, without any of my own. She need not speak a single word through those delicate lips. Humanity does not deserve that blessing. To hear such a voice that rivals a choir of
angels so divine. It would surely
captivate the souls of all men. She holds mine, ripped from the humanity of my being. Without consent, even so there is no sign of repent. In those eyes. Like a labyrinth; I traverse endlessly. Lost in such magnificence am I; for eternity. Standing in awe and in awe I shall I remain. Every attempt at an escape in joyful vain. Flesh so
precious it glistens like pure porcelain. Yet, is as soft as even the finest of silk. Every embrace lasts a lifetime, a lifetime cut far too
short. That touch gave life to clay born heart, and meaning to
written scripture. Death
surely holds me to her breast, for a creation like this can only be described
as divine. An earthly sentence, to flaunt such beauty? To tease my imminent mortality? The epitome of beauty is an insult to that temple that I
seek to worship. Those contours surpass perfection, flawless. These eyes hunger for her presence. Her strides are mere perfection, poetry in motion. Every step, a dance of elegance in my own presence. Was this perfection described by ancient philosophers and
poets alike? This beautiful soul, this flawless frame, and these delicate
features; Leave humanity forever in debt to the divine for such an extravagant
creation. © 2013 TheArchAngelAuthor's Note
