Realizing RepercussionsA Poem by TheArchAngelrandom poem Crawling in shame to
a light, so bright. A throbbing heart continues to fight. An insatiable urge to keep; alive. An abysmal struggle
to succeed and thrive. Such crafted potions to heal; ill. Words so heavily valued they kill. Judgment cast with stone. With great force it was thrown. Without shame, tears shower; From pupils that contract ,and cower. Those words lay themselves so heavily on ones chest. They grow heavier every day, are we put under a test? Ribs splinter and crack, pain spreads like starving plague. Feasting on thoughts, those pleas to vague; To be answered. Are the thoughts of pleading so absurd? Crawling towards that light. Is it worth the fight? Sent here by ones own demise. Believing such bias lies. Deserving not sanctuary. But an empty mortuary. © 2012 TheArchAngelAuthor's Note
