I bit of oozing, dripping sap ... inspired by a beautiful work of art.
You are art, a fine oil painting. Your focus, like your manner, is soft. But the dappled focus cannot obscure your iconic beauty. Despite your most strident objections, you are fine art. The gentle smile, the downy shoulders and indulgent eyes. You are beauty unfocused, unfocused, yet so very clear.
I like this poem CSG, although I have often heard or read about women being compared to fine Art, the penny never really dropped but when you compare them to a dappled out of focus painting especially if viewed up close. You have to stand back and see how all the little brush strokes make up the whole.
The gentle smile, the downy
shoulders and indulgent eyes. My favorite line in the poem.
Unfocused like an impressionist painting but so clear. What a fabulous description you've created with the soft side of your pen. It's really beautiful.
Intriguing to me is the the quality that transcends the making of a great painting , piece of music or poem - even to the creator. Do we know when we are cooking our pie that we have something special coming from our mind`s oven? Mosttimes, I suspect not. The view of Earth from space is it`s most beautiful. I`m waffling, I know P.
Piggy, Piggy, where for art thou Piggy, you have written such an awesome poem dear, likening a woman to a work of art, I have to agree, all women are beautiful..yes..I said all!

I did ... and she cover my face, brow to chin with doggie smooches.
This is really lovely. I was sure I'd said that before. Love the...
"Your focus, like your manner, is soft." "and indulgent eyes."
You draw the reader over to gaze at her with you and to see her through your eyes. The language makes you feel the soft adoring way you bring her into focus, without flaw.
