When it rains

When it rains

A Poem by The Lark
"

Just a little ditty

"

I keep a brolly in my bag,

Though not to hide from rain;

When storm clouds near, I jam the springs

And put it back again.

For raindrops are the nicest things

To walk with down the lane.
