Adolescent LoveA Poem by ThatPeculiarGirl :3A short poem generalizing teen love, but with a splash of specifics to my own love story.Once true love, turned to pure hate. Thought you were sent from above, but you're no saint. You should know love is not a game. Once you've played someone, they're never the same. You think you're so witty. You think you're so smart. But all I can take is pity on your ice cold heart. But you see my friend, this isn't the end. Now it is my turn. You're only a picture to burn. You were never worth my mascara running. Dear love, the tables are turning. One day you'll see what you did. Someday you'll love me, someday you'll care. You're going to want me back, but I wont be there.
