Alone Forever

Casey and Brie never thought that this would happen in their time. The apocalypse! Casey is 18 years old and the older sibling of the 14 year old Brie and now they're going on an unknown adventure.

Episode One:

*It's 3 AM. Casey shakes Brie awake. Damian eats breakfast downstairs with Chelsea. They know they must go.*

Casey: Dad? Everything okay?

Damian: Just a bit of a fever, Case. Nothing to worry about.

Casey: Why are you and Mom up?

Damian: Must I ask the same for you and Briella or can I just be awake?

Brie: Dad!!!!! My name is Brie!

Chelsea: Now girls. Behave yourselves. We are mighty sick and don't want to deal with this.

Casey: Well, Brie and I are going to go for a walk.

Chelsea: At this time?

Casey: Well, more like a drive.

Chelsea: Fine, just be careful.

Brie: We will. Love you Mom. Love you Dad.

Chelsea: Love you to.

Damian: What your Mom said!

*Brie and Casey walk downstairs and leave out the front door with no supplies other than a knife and a few energy drinks.*

*They get in Casey's car and start the engine. They begin driving down the empty roads.*

Brie: Why did we have to leave them?

Casey: Cause they're zombies. Ever watched The Walking Dead? It starts with a fever and gets worse and eventually they turn.

Brie: That makes zero sense...

Casey: It doesn't have to make sense for it to be the reality!

Brie: But Case, how are we even positive?

Casey: Tyler...

Brie: No!

Casey: Yeah. That's what killed him. My Tyler.

Brie: This doesn't make any sense!

Casey: I know. Right now, though, we need to find Kim. She'll let us stay at her apartment. She has to. Were her sisters.

Brie: What if she's already gone?

Casey: Then we'll just have to break in, Brie. Not much after that.

Brie: Oh.

Casey: Exactly.

*They drive in silence into a city and stop at a big apartment building.*

*They walk up a fire escape to the third floor and knock on the door. A 20 something year old girl opens the door.*

Kim: Thank God you guys are okay! Seriously! Where's Mom and Pops?

Casey: Too late for them.

Kim: Oh. Well come in. Jordan is already asleep so he has no idea what's going on and Melody is calling her friends in her room so you guys can go ahead and go in the guest room. Kendall never came home last night which is worrying but he may come home soon. Fingers crossed.

Brie: Thanks Kimberly! You're so awesome!

*The girls walk down the hall to a bedroom with bunk beds.*

*Casey grabs a bag from the closet and hides the drinks and knife inside.*

Brie: What are you doing?

Casey: She would die from knowing we don't plan to stay long.

Brie: What's our plan anyway.

Casey: I'll explain when the time comes.
