Aquene, The Crow Mother:

*Human Undead. Female. Indeterminate age.

*~6foot. White hair. White eyes. Grey skin.

*Can’t feel pain. Taps into an individual’s afterlife so they feel Death, but cannot affect them. Strong.

*Water has a repulsive effect, making it increasingly harder to move the longer she is exposed to it. Decaying body.

*Crow feather cloak that lets her step into the afterlife to communicate with spirits and travel distances quickly. Being there slowly repairs her body, but exhausts her human psyche.

*Wishes to be freed from her body so she may go to the Sky Father to be reshaped and reborn, according to her father’s beliefs.

*Outwardly plain. Melancholy, lonely. Cheerful for others and ever helpful. People relax around her.

[Backstory: Was raised by her Red Indian father. Believes in a Sky Father and Earth Mother; The Mother to take the body for reuse, and the Father to take the spirit for reshaping. Trapped in her body after being buried, she has begun a journey to find peace and return her spirit to the Father for reshaping].

Author's Note

A Modern Hippy
I love the idea of an undead protagonist, and Have been trying for a long time to find a character concept that feels strong enough to write about. Here's probably the strongest one I have.
The backstories of ALL character concepts are fully revisable or replaceable. They are simply examples.
