A Poem by A Modern Hippy

Upon our world, we stand astern, vigilante
Of everything under the sun,
Observant of our new horizons,
Tied to our old ones, tales sailed and done.

Interesting and apt application of a nautical themed look at the road before us.

NOTES: In the first line, did you mean "vigilant" as in watchful? Or did you mean "vigilante" as in a self-appointed group who take the law into their own hands?
