Lucid Dream

I've been studying quite a lot about Lucid Dreams for the past year and a half. It's really interesting! Anyway, all of this dreaming inspired me to write a poem.

This water is lovely. Pure beauty. So i see.

This grass is as soft as rabbit's fur. So warm. I can feel.

This music is so wonderful. Almost as if it's a dream. So I've heard.

Perhaps it is too good to be true. So I think.

And this is a lucid dream. So it must be.

Oh God, if this is a dream...

Allow me to never wake up again. Oh, let it be.

Love your poem about lucid dreaming! When I see the beauty in the world, this is how I feel, as if I am dreaming and I don't want to be awakened to go back to the world I came from. I like the format you have used for your poem, with the common "So I..." at the end of many lines.
