Timeless

Part II of my poem 'Hate Me, Break Me.'

The world hurts me as it spins around me.

Hating me. Crushing me as I try to walk.

I suddenly stop falling as someone holds me close.

Push me. Crush me. Break me.

Let me feel your pain.

I look up at the angelic face that holds me,

Protecting me from the cold.

I start to sink lower,

And he takes my hand pulling me up into the stars.

Love me. Dance with me.

Never let me fall.

Protect you. Love you.

Dance with you through the stars.

I sigh as the pain leaves me as we leave.

We dance towards the moon,

As I feel my arms become lighter.

I smile as we start to become stars,

Becoming a constellation in the sky.

Save me. Love me.

Protect me for time and all eternity.
