Our Life's Sum

Our Life's Sum

A Poem by Tim Butcher

Live the day as though you have no regrets to hold you back
Meet new people, learn, grow
Even if all is dark, the day turned black
There will be something to sow
Be it perfection, connection, or introspection

Live life without regret, even if there is some
Love others without shame, even if others judge
Grow to new lengths, even if others are afraid of what you will become
Turn the page in life, even if there is still a grudge

Go forth boldly, become the person you feel you should become
Live, love, learn; such things spoken are only some
The things we do, is our life's sum

About
I am just a writer like any other, only with the aspiration to make it a living. I hope to see this aspiration come to fruition in the next few years. And I'd be glad for it. That aside, I look for.. more..
