Inner Thigh.

Inner Thigh.

A Poem by Terry Collett
"

a girl and her desires.

"

Why doesn't he touch
my inner thigh?

She watches him
unfolding her some tale,

some family history
that leaves her cold.

His hands fold
against his knees

and he relates,
his eyes not on her

but above her head,
gazing at some yesteryear,

and all she wants
is that human touch,

that skin on skin,
lips to lips,

hand to hand.
She lets out a sigh.

Why won't he touch
my inner thigh?

Maybe he's waiting to be invited.
or your lust is unrequited.
Though your desire is natural
May be he wants another gal.
Its up to you let him know
how far you are prepared to go.
At least give him the chance to choose
What have you got to lose
