SEAL OF APPROVAL.A Poem by Terry CollettON SEEING CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS ON A ROOFI was a little disappointed with the neighbour's Christmas decorations: a solitary Christmas tree on the roof is never going to win the much coveted 'Ole seal of approval' (aka two thumbs up). I was expecting to see localized destruction of the ozone layer directly above their property & confused nocturnal animals. This morning I noticed a rocking horse & mini-tractor had also been thrown on the roof. Composed by my late son, Oliver Collett(1984-2014) © 2014 Terry Collett |
