NOT MY HEDGE.

NOT MY HEDGE.

A Poem by Terry Collett
"

AN OBSERVATION OF A HEDGE OUTSIDE A WINDOW

"

A section of hedge
outside

my kitchen window
appears to be missing.

It's not my hedge
but I’ve grown

somewhat
attached to it.

Maybe
they were

trying to trim it
into the shape

of a zebra
& it went

horribly
wrong.
