PHONE CALL.

PHONE CALL.

A Poem by Terry Collett
"

ONE OF THOSE PHONE CALLS ONE GETS AT AN OFFICE.

"

Phone call
of the week
at work-

"I was looking through
your new countryside
events leaflet

& I have one
minor criticism:
the activity

I would have liked
to attend is
on the same day

that I
go to work."
I’m sitting there

thinking: WTF
do you want me
to do about it?
