A Woman’s Life

A Woman’s Life

A Poem by Nyx
"

They expect you to be perfect and when you’re not they expect you to be worthless.

"
I see you coming closer
With the eyes of inferno
You’re crawling on the walls
Those claws dig deep
Tearing into my flesh
As I rip into your body
Your bright red lips
Taste like cherry
I want to rip off your clothes
And see your body so weary
Covered in scars
From all the boys you’ve loved
That used to carve into your skin
With their gnashed teeth
And their blood stained paws
Begging you for more
As you gave yourself up
To be called a w***e
By your best friends
Your mother and father
With their words so harsh
You were no longer a daughter
But a piece of waste
Sent to the slaughter
By the boys you’ve loved
With their hearts of stone
